Job Description
The Media Campaigner is responsible for ensuring high quality media outreach in Indonesia for Greenpeace and, in conjunction with other media campaigners, coordinates Greenpeace¢s media, public campaign and organizational profiling activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop media/communication s strategy for campaigns.
2. Coordinate media activities including press conferences press releases, report launches, conferences, direct actions, and reactions to external events; coordinate lay-out, printing and publication of various campaign materials into creative products
3. Draft, edit and translate press releases, opinion/editorials, external campaign materials, reports and other publications.
4. Maintain and develop a database of all visual, print and other communications materials.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationship with the media via informal briefings and information provision in order to encourage them to view Greenpeace as a credible provider of environmental news comment; develop and maintain a database of print, radio, TV and other media outlets both at the national and provincial levels
6. Maintain and develop a network of freelance photographers, lay-out artists, designers, copywriters and writers/editors.
7. Daily monitoring and analysis of news; provide follow up when necessary through letters to editors, briefings, etc in coordination with campaigners.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- experience in media/communication s work and/or journalism highly desirable
- proficiency in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
- creative and has an eye for details
- knowledge and background on environmental/ social issues preferred
- mature, hardworking, confident, enthusiastic, proactive and team player
- able to travel around Indonesia and other countries

We need your excellent analytical skills which can be applied in research,
auditing and consultancy projects. Sufficient experience in online content
management is also required. Due the variety of sectors/phases that needs to
be developed, we want you to be able to multi-task and work well under
deadline pressure. Experience in business writing would be an advantage.

*Project Presenter (To be Located on a Project Basis in Bali) *

Your main responsibilities shall include:

1. Leading all communications with the Main Office (Malaysia) and with
the company’s clients in Bali, Indonesia.
2. Analyse data, produce slides and reports, and identify areas for
continuous improvements.
3. Deliver client presentations.
4. Conduct sales calls where necessary.
5. Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients through
superior service and responsiveness.

We require you to have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in market
research, business, marketing or the social sciences, with at least 3 years
experience in market research and/or as a project manager. Having an IT
and/or Tourism background will be of preference. You must be fluent in
English Language & Bahasa Indonesia (both spoken & written) with a proven
track record of delivering high-quality in-person presentations.

*Senior Systems Analyst (To be based in Malaysia and /or Indonesia)*

Skills & Requirements:

1. Experience of system programming, debugging, and testing systems’
programs covering Linux, Oracle Database, MS Access, MS Excel.

2. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT and anything
equivalent.

3. Minimum five years working experience in relevant industry.

4. Thorough grounding in requirements management tools, techniques and
methodologies.

5. Skills in PC/file server/application server implementation and in
functional and system design.

6. Skills in Project Management including cost estimation.

7. Flexible, ability to work through stringent deadlines and odd
hours.

8. Ability to conceptualise and think creatively.

9. Knowledge of database/file server design and administration.
