Account Executive (position code: AE)

Practice Teams: Corporate; Public Affairs; Financial Communication; Consumer

Responsibilities

The Account Executive is responsible for providing account support in the development and implementation of public relations programs under the supervision of the Account Manager/Director.

His or her duties will include:

- Assisting Account Manager in liaising with clients

- Supporting the development of strategic recommendations proposal

- Provide suggestion and initiate improvements to elements of programs being undertaken

- Provide media summary and analysis

- Assisting any media related events (media follow up, media pitching, accompany one on one interviews)

- Initiate and maintain relevant media liaison.

- Developing reports for client such as: contact report, project report, monthly report

- Controlling budget and supplier costs in relation to assigned task

Requirements

General

- Posses diploma or bachelor degree majoring in communication or public relation studies

- Having considerable working experience related to public relation

- Able to implement basic level knowledge of public relations principles and practices will be an advantage

- Excellent in both oral and written communications skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

- High degree of interpersonal skills

- A team player with excellent skill in organizing and time management

- Ability to think creatively, critically, and strategically

- High level of initiative and motivation to learn.

Specific

Account Executive (Financial Communication Practice)

- Having experience and educational background in Economic Studies will be a distinct advantage

Account Executive (Corporate/Public Affairs Practice)

- Having experience as intern/trainee in a corporate public relation division or in a NGO will be an advantage

§ Minimum D3, graduate from a reputable institution majoring in Information and Technology

§ Have ability on three tier analysis and design
§ Have in depth knowledge of OOP and development cycle

GENERAL MANAGER SALES & MARKETING – INDONESIA

This is a very senior position and the incumbent will report directly to the Corporate Sales & Marketing Director and be responsible for the overall strategy and planning direction of sales and marketing functions for the overall Indonesia market including:

* Develop and manage a professional business team force across Indonesia, and be accountable to a highly aggressive business revenue target

· Formulate and execute business direction, strategy and tactics to develop targeted key accounts so as to maximize the company’s sales performance and objective

· Identify, develop and maintain a high level of relationship with decision makers and top executives of targeted key accounts

· Develop and maintain a strong industry network to leverage the best of sales competence

· Actively participate in cross-regional and multi-disciplinary business initiatives and projects

The Requirements

· Degree holder in any discipline. MBA will be an added advantage

· At least 10 years of solid experience in business development and solution sales of FMCG, holding a senior level capacity with proven track record in winning and developing strategic accounts of indonesia market

· A determined high achiever and result driver with an inborn character to win in the battle field

· Exceptional skills and talent in communication, negotiation and presentation to build a strong relationship with top executives of key accounts

· Strong leadership in driving the regional sales team with high profit growth business objectives
