    In January 13th 2003 to April 6th 2006 (3 years)
    Position as : Senior Concierge at Mulia Hotel Senayan Jakarta. Mostly same as duties above in different atmosphere of another hotel till promoted to be a Bell Captain.

    In April 21st 2006 (until present time)
    Position as : Guest Service Manager since April 2006. Therefore, I do responsible to manage Concierge Desk with its staff and Bell Desk (Bellman, Doorman, Lobby Greeter, and Airport Representative Officer) and reporting to Front Of The House Manager and Director of Rooms.
